岗位职责: Mission: -To coordinate project development and approval, from preparing the proposal to the customer (with KAMs) until the production phase (industrial area) in accordance with the specifications established by the customer and the profit goals defined by FICOSA Management throughout the product's life cycle.
Main responsibilities: -To coordinate the work of the project team, achieving the goals set for each project, distributing activities and ensuring it is completed on time and respecting cost constraints. -To manage the progress of the project by calling periodical reporting meetings following pre-established stages -To draw up the TC/TP with the corresponding KAM and to participate in TC/TP meetings -To collaborate with the corresponding KAM in drawing up the pre-project dossier for the proposal to the customer -To maintain a constant communication flow between the customer and the various departments, while ensuring the confidentiality of the project -To inform the corresponding KAM of any incidents that arise during the project whenever his/her assistance is needed -To control the project,s costs and investments, analyzing any deviations and proposing corrective actions according to TC/TP methodology with the assistance of the local controller -To control all the aspects of the project that may affect its quality, timing and industrialization -To participate in assessing the project team and issue ecommendations for promotion, training or other aspects concerning the evelopment of the members -To implement secure technical contacts with development suppliers using team members and the Project's Purchasing Manager -To guarantee the use of standard and technical development solutions that are consistent with the performance targets for the industrial area -To make sure that the team members use their own technical documentation as well as that provided by the customer, in accordance with the Division,s rules -To ensure tests and certifications are defined and carried out in compliance with the planning established by the customer
Required education: -Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering -Good oral and written in English
Required experience: -3 years in a similar position
Additional training: -Knowledge of the specific tools used in this area of operations
