Job Descriptions: Ensure all tasks are completed according to SOP and KPIs POS system data entry To support sales for project business, e.g. all types of documentation preparation Receive, manage, categorize, file, distribute and retrieve drawing and documentation from contractor / subcontractors and customer as a key person Manage all types of engineering and project documents in the industry, the discipline ownership and relevance, process such as generation, review/ checking, revision. Issuing, and filling out quotations for existing business and new opportunities, in accordance with instructions from sales and operation manager Troubleshooting of service related issues/problems in close co-operation with other business departments Other tasks as required Basic qualifications: Degree holder preferably in technical/mechanical Minimum 1 year working experiences as customer service or related positions in distributes industry or manufacture Proficient in written English Strong relevant IT skill sets, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Proactive, self-driven and willing to take initiatives Benefits Fastenal will provide a good platform for the right candidate that will include an aggressive training program through the Fastenal School of Business.
