1. Provide to the customer’s technical support and training for the right utilization of PMP electrical motor products.
2. Verify with the customers the right utilization of electrical motor products.
3. Analyze the customers claim and provide fast service in order to solve the problem.
4. Cooperate with Quality Management System Manager (QMSM) to analyze the Customer’s claim and the non-conform products.
5. Provide solutions and technical support of the non-conform products within the specified time.
6. Manage and update the spare parts list in the system.
7. Update the service manual and take care of the translation.
8. Train new people.
9. Give technical training to the staff of sales department.
10.Cooperate with sales department to promote the qualities and technical advantages of PMP electrical motor products.
11.Record all data and information about all activities made by sale service department included all customer claims, non-conform products, reparations, customer’s visits, customer trainings, internal trainings and so on.
Qualification/Experience Required: 1.College degree or above. 2.Above 3 years relevant work experience with the electric machine industry background. 3.Good knowledge in Windows applications such as Words,Excel & Powerpoint. 5.Good organization skills. 6.Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
