1. In charge of store team for daily routing work by procedure
2. Responsible to assist in the arrangement of shipments in and out
3. Prepare the required weekly and monthly shipment reports.
4. Perform all other duties as assigned or required by SC team
5. Distribute the daily work to line leaders according to the MPS\'S schedule.
6. Training for team members.
7. Manage WIP material status aligning production
8. Coordination between store and production
9. Manage team members for each shift, including: discipline, 5S, audit finding, follow up.
10. Make the process more smoothly & standardized
11. Attrition management

Qualification:
1. College degree or above, at least five years working experience in related function;
2. Min 5 years’ experience in warehousing related experience with 3 year management experience
3. Familiar with the material handing process;
4. Excellent management capabilities
5. Good at planning and arrangement, Computer Skill, Communication skill,
6. Good database experience and general analysis skill
7. Ability to communicate in English
8. Working with responsibility, motivation and team work
9. SAP system
