一、工作内容 1.组织团队解决质量问题和客户抱怨,及时响应; Make a quick respond to lead internal and customer quality issues improvement. 2.组织内部持续改善活动,降低GP12退回率; Join in continuous improvement activities , such as scarp reduction and GP12 return rate reduction; 3.过程质量监控文件制定,记录完善,并培训相关人员 Develop process quality control documents, improve records, and train relevant personnel 4.组织标准样件的制定及管理; Boundary samples establish and its management ; 5.参与检具设计评审和日常维护管理,并培训检验人员; Participate in fixture design review and daily maintenance management, also train inspectors; 6.参与内部体系,过程,产品审核及改进 Participate in internal system, process, product audit and improvement follow up. 7.完成上级临时指派的任务。 Complete temporary tasks assigned by supervisor. 二、任职要求 1.理工/化工科本科以上学历; Bachelor degree or above in engineering/chemical engineering; 2.汽车行业3年以上质量相关工作经验,熟悉美系客户要求,负责过GM/FOR/VW客户质量业务对接,密封条/橡胶行业更佳; More than 3 years quality related working experience in automotive industry ,be familiar with GM/FOR/VW, preferably in seal/rubber industry; 3.英语口语熟练,可与老外正常沟通; Fluent in English speaking, listening and writing. 4.优秀的8D报告撰写能力和逻辑思维推理能力 Excellent 8D report writing ability and logical thinking reasoning ability. 5.具备一定的Office办公软件操作能力;具备2D图纸解读能力,了解AUTO-CAD软件操作; Ability to operate Office software,Excel,Word, Powerpoint ,Auto-CAD software ability is prefer; 6.自我激励,主动性工作,能在有限的监督下工作; Self-motivated and able to work under limited supervision; 7.良好的人际沟通技巧,较强的抗压能力; Good interpersonal and communication skills; 8.适应偶尔的出国出差。 Adapt to occasional business trips abroad.
