Main Responsibilities:
1. Deal with quality problems with products internal/customer facing and getting involved in field quality problem solution

2. Organize unqualified meeting; draw up, follow up and implement corrective and preventive measures

3. Examine technology discipline observance. Instruct quality inspectors to make correct in section/test and improve inspection/test methods constantly
检查技术纪律遵守情况。指导质检员在分段/试验中做出正确的工作，不断改进检验/试验方法
4. Work out process audit plan and organize implementation
制定过程审核计划并组织实施
5. May also be required to support PPAP/ISIR for new projects or engineering changes
新项目或工程变更可能也需要支持PPAP/ISIR
6. Master environmental health and safety emergency knowledge, have the ability to identify risks, wear personal personal protective equipment correctly, use the site's safety facilities correctly, do a good job of garbage classification, save energy
掌握环境卫生安全应急知识，具备风险识别能力，正确穿戴个人防护装备，正确使用现场安全设施，做好垃圾分类，节约能源
7. Customer special requirements submission tasks

8. Manage the BMW proeject supplier visit and supplier complaint

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, engineering background
工程或相关专业大学本科学历
2. Good in Microsoft o365
熟练使用微软办公软件
3. Analytical thinking & problem solving skills &8D skill
分析思维和解决问题的能力 &8D 技能
4. Knowledge on handling IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 requirements
了解IATF 16949和ISO 14001要求
5. BMW project related working experience is must，know well about the GS standard
宝马项目经验是必须的条件，了解GS 的标准要求
6. 3+ years related experience in automobile industry, a foreign investment company is preferred
3年以上相关行业背景，外资企业背景优先
7. Familiar or trained APQP method ，Q-offer , RGA and quality management tools is preferred
熟悉或接受过APQP方法，Q-offer, 零件成熟度保障等工具培训者优先
8. Familiar with MSA, APQP, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, quality method
熟悉汽车行业五大工具：测量系统分析(MSA)，过程和产品审核 (VDA6.3/VDA6.5)，潜在失效模式与后果分析(FMEA)，统计过程控制(SPC)和生产件批准(PPAP)，8D报告鱼骨图5Y分析法等
9. Experienced with welding process (such as Vibration friction, hot gas, infrared, ultrasonic, laser, hot plate, etc)
具备焊接工艺经验（如振动摩擦，热气，红外，超声波，激光，热板焊等）
10. Familiar with cooler , injection process is preferred
熟悉中冷器，注塑过程优先考虑
11. During the project phase, also take SQE jobs of BMW related product management
