Main tasks include: 1. Develop sourcing strategies, carry out market test analysis and benchmarking studies for specific areas, and developing global Polestar supplier base strategically; 制定采购策略,对特定区域进行市场测试分析和基准研究,战略性地发展全球供应商; 2. Develop, evaluate and introduce high-quality suppliers according to the company's new product development strategy; Ensure that projects are successfully completed with the cooperation of new suppliers;根据公司新产品开发战略,开发、评估和引进优质供应商;确保项目在新供应商的配合下顺利完成; 3. Daily purchasing activities with suppliers to ensure supplier performance to be well delivered; 与供应商的日常采购活动,以确保供应商的业绩良好交付; 4. Establish supplier bases for each area defining short & long term sourcing strategies, and aligning with the business; 每个区域建立供应商基础,定义短期和长期采购策略,并与业务保持一致; 5. Perform procurement according to defined strategies and frameworks and negotiate commercial and legal agreements; 根据确定的战略和框架进行采购,与供应商谈判商业和法律合同; 6. Track key performance indicators on supplier and stakeholder contract compliance; define and take corrective actions to improve contracts compliance and continuously track supplier performance on quality and cost; 跟踪供应商和利益相关者合同合规的关键绩效指标;定义并采取纠正措施以提高合同合规性,并持续跟踪供应商在质量和成本方面的表现; 7. Coordinate cross functional teams within Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing to secure the deliverable of project. 跨部门协调工程、质量和制造部门,确保项目的交付。 8. Initiate and conduct supplier evaluations and supplier audits with cross team. 发起和执行供应商评估和跨团队供应商审核。 Qualifications 1. College degree with preference in engineering background; 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in domestic sourcing/purchasing, preferably in office furniture industry; 3. Familiar with metal fabrication, die casting, injection process, etc. 4. Have experience on ERP system. 5. Excellent knowledge of MS Office packages; Good understanding about cost structure, quality control,8D, with fact based negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills; 6. Strong communication skills and fluent in English; 7. Positive and passionate, nothing is impossible mind-set, good team player; 薪资面议
