**材料的工程变更，呆滞物料处置，原材料不良品退货，供应商及时交付，确保供应商原材料在质量合格的前提下交付率100%达标。

**根据生产计划的变更及调整，每周及时调整供应商到货时间及数量，制定对应的供应商紧急到货计划。
