3.Proficient in technical and drawing software, proficient in Sap, proficient in office software, fluent in English (written)

4.Project management experience

5.Strong practical ability, problem analysis and problem solving ability

6.Pneumatic, hydraulic, fluid control industry is preferred

7.Familiar with APQP product development process is preferred

Job Responsibilities岗位职责：
1.New product /system/ device development；
新产品/新系统/新设备开发；
2.Provide customized solution and localization of relative products
客户定制化产品的设计，以及国产化产品的导入
3.Technical feasibility studies of variants and projects proposals in addition to feedback on results to fulfil the client’s technical and price specifications.
改型或新项目的可行性分析以满足客户的技术及价格方面的需求
4.Sample building and testing
样品试制及测试
5.Coordination of the required work/task with the relevant departments (cross function) in addition to preparation of the appropriate project documentation to ensure on-time, high quality project management that is within budget.
协助机加工，装配，MRP，质量等部门，在预算内，及时交付高质量的产品
6.Error analyses provide support (Process and product) internally/externally, to derive optimization measures.
内外部问题分析，并提供支持，从而优化产品/流程。
7.Ensure the transfer of knowledge (innovation and quality process) to ensure repeat errors are not generated in the production and processes.

8.Maintenance of the product master date and the technical documentation
