Job description
*负责新产品导入及项目进度，编制新产品的项目策划书及工艺文件，做好试产和量产前的准备工作；
Responsible for new products instruction and project progress, compile the project plan-ning and technology documentation, coordinate the preparation of trial production.
*参与钣金件的技术工艺及可行性分析，对原材料、技术工艺性、生产设备、工装夹具进行合理评估，并负责与客户的技术沟通；
Responsible the technology and feasibility analysis, include raw material,process, equip-ment and fixture etc.
*负责钣金工艺的工序设计，不断提高完善原有技术及工艺水平，提高产品质量和生产效率，及时解决生产中的技术工艺问题。
Responsible for the process design, promote the continuous improvement activities of quality and efficiency
*负责对产品中存在的技术质量问题与客户协调沟通。
Responsible for commucation and comfirm with customer about technology and quality, provide and promote the solution
*提出采购产品的技术条件和验收条件，审查并改进外协供方的零件加工工艺；
Provide the technical requirment of purchased part and follow the process of subcontracter.
*测量生产工时，进行动作研究、工艺研究，分析产品的制造及装配工艺，对生产工艺进行持续改进；
Measure the working time, and continue improve the manufacture prcocess base on pro-cess anlysis; motion analysis
*负责编写作业指导书，并对操作工和技术员进行培训，考核与监督操作过程是否符合要求。
Prepare the WI and train the operators and technicans. Regularly checking the process to guarantee the requirements are meet.


Required qualifications
*机械类相关专业大专以上学历。College degree or above, major in Mechanical.
*具有五年以上钣金加工行业等相关工作经验，熟悉钣金加工工艺和设备（数控冲床和激光切割、折弯、焊接等）；
Above 5 years’ process work experience in sheet metal machining and process
*熟练使用AutoCAD，PRO-E等设计软件，熟练操作Office办公软件；
Good skills in design softwares and standard computer applications
*良好的沟通能力和团队精神，工作踏实，责任心强，能承担高度的工作压力。
