? Review and setting the MRP controller, Safety stock, Reorder Point and Lot size.
? Check and process open purchasing requisitions.
? Create purchase orders and adjust lot size if needed, submit for approval, and release to suppliers.
? Follow up suppliers and update the delivery date.
? Base on the production plan, monitor delivery status and take actions to pull in and push out.
? Audit supplier invoices and manage supplier payments.
? Better control inventory, review & disposal slow moving and dead stock.
? Monitor supplier OTD and coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to optimizing delivery performance.
? Follow the quality report and arrange the defective parts return, rework and tracking credit memo.
? Coordinate with internal functions and suppliers in relation to technology, quality, delivery, payment, etc.
? Keep in compliance to legal requirements and company policy.
? Execute other tasks assigned by supervisor.
