Responsibilities:
1) Demand plan & Master plan:
？ Demand analyze to identify production and marketing risks, improve forecasting accuracy and data analysis ability, formulate Sales and Operation Planning and planning strategies. 需求分析，识别生产和销售风险，提高预测准确性和数据分析能力，制定销售和运营计划以及计划策略。

？ Based on the sales forecast and backlog orders input to develop the master plan, and according to the actual sales and production to achieve the plan timely adjustment and communication. 根据销售预测和在手订单的输入制定主计划，并根据实际销售和生产执行情况及时调整和沟通。
？ Setup visualized master plan structure based on our products and production flow, by which to connect sales orders delivery plan, materials request plan and production plan. 根据产品特点和生产流程建立可视化的主计划结构，指导销售订单交货计划、物料需求计划和生产计划。

2) Material plan & Inventory management:
？ Optimize Scheduling Planning for important components in consideration of Production Scheduling and tracking of assigned items from Supply/Demand and Order Placement up to release of material. 依据需求计划，优化重要部件的供应计划并跟踪分配的项目，从供需预测，订单安排到材料入库。
？ Ensure supply continuity through proactive supply management reducing supply risks exposures. 通过积极主动的供应管理，减少供应风险，确保供应的连续性。
？ Strong and efficient inventory management - Monitoring/maintenance of safety stock levels, slow moving items and Inventory turn rate. 强而有效的库存管控 - 监控/维护安全库存水平，呆滞物料清理并提升库存周转率。

3) Material availability control:
？ Secure information flow between suppliers and team members (Supply Chain Planning, Sourcing, Supplier Quality, Receiving and Inspection) on an operational level. 确保从供应商端到内部核心团队(供应链计划，采购，供应商质量，收货和检验) 在可执行层面上信息的顺利流转

Qualifications:
1) More than 5 years work experience in master planning and material planning. 五年以上主计划和物料计划工作经验。
2) Outstanding analytical skills with a data driven mindset and proficiency in Excel. 出色的分析能力，数据驱动思维，熟练使用Excel。
3) Understand Non-standard mechanical products BOM structure. 了解非标机械产品BOM结构。
4) Good communication skills. 良好的沟通能力。
5) Creative, flexible and result-oriented. 具有创造性、灵活性和结果导向。
6) Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a high stress work environment. 能够在高压力工作环境中保持积极的态度。
7) ERP system knowledge – SAP or U8 preferred. ERP系统操作经验- SAP或U8优先
8) Supply chain certificates – CPIM preferred 供应链相关证书- CPIM优先
