Job Characteristics ? Responsible for strategy, performance, and effectiveness of overall GC equipment Quality Management including Health care equipment. ? Lead the quality operations and quality system functions including the importing and local manufacturing business. Responsible for promoting and ensuring compliance with Corporate, and local policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements. ? Support supplier development and qualification in terms of quality based on sourcing strategy. ? Ensure the end-to-end management of equipment supplier quality and perform quality audit. ? Lead root cause analysis process and execute effective corrective actions for customer quality complaints. ? Train supplier to ensure defined quality standards are properly managed, perform improvement action plans for supplier capability. ? Perform quality data analysis to track and improve supplier’s performance. ? Participate in the new product development/localization and trial production, control quality review and make quality plans for new products. ? Being part of GC Quality assurance network, adopting new systems and programs, learning and reapplying best in class practices internally and externally. 任职资格 Minimum Qualifications ? Bachelor degree or above with major in material, mechanical or electronic with strong engineering component ? Minimum of 5 years equipment quality management experience including supplier or OEM management in chemical equipment, Food & Beverage supplies, medical instrument or FMCG equipment related industry. ? Minimum 3 year’s team management experience ? Good team spirit, effective communication and skilled conflict management ? Positive, result oriented and positive thinking; ? Proficient in English and Microsoft Office suite software;
Preferred Qualifications ? Skilled in application of Lean Six Sigma tools or TPM Quality Pillar, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt preferred. ? GMP or health care experience preferred.
