Partnership with functional leaders of China plants and supply chain teams in talent acquisition, supporting business strategy and developing strong HR related programs.
Area of Responsibilities:
Human Resource Planning
1.Identifying and Translate company strategic and tactical business plans into human resource plans & roadmaps.
2.Work closely with business leaders in ramp up and improving the organization competence
3.Adjust and adapt quickly with business volatility
Talent Acquisition:
1.Supervise the Hiring Process from personnel requisitions through to onboarding
2.Ensure qualified and capable candidates into company and smooth Integration
Talent and Performance Management
1.Manage company talent and performance process
2.Define development plan for talent, hipo and promotable staff with line managers,
3.Drives trends in development needs, alerts organization to critical areas for succession planning, etc.
4.Supports and guides managers as well as individual employees during performance management processes
Employee Relationship:
1.Establish healthy employee relationship by regulary communication with employees, deploying activities and driving different recognition programs
任职资格
Person Specification:
1.University degree or above, major in Human Resources or Psychology will be preferred
2.with Min.15 year work experiences, experienced in training, recruiting or C&B functions, manufacture background preferred;
3.Sound knowledge in people development tools, like competency based developing will be preferred;
4.Ability to deliver clear presentation and speak to internal & external groups;
5.Fluent in English & Chinese writing & speaking
6.Familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)
