MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
1. Make the market analysis, collecting heat treatment market information in Yangze River Delta area;Definition of KL Tianjin target heat treatment process and products.
进行市场调查, 重点收集长三角地区关于热处理的需求信息,定义KL目标工艺和产品。
2. According to the market analysis, define target customers with heat treatment demand,
developing new customers and new business to keep the continuous growth of turnover and
market share.
根据市场调查, 收集目标潜在客户信息, 开发新客户新业务, 维护和提高市场份额。
3. Maintain healthy relationships with customers, to know customer’s demand on time, to receive RFQs and make quotations, to keep customer’s information updated on time.
维护与客户的良好关系, 及时了解客户的信息/需求, 处理客户询价报价事宜,维护客户档案。
4. Make the quotation according to company procedure; evaluation of price based on cost calculation, project background, product application and requirement; to improve the hit rate of quotation.
按照公司流程进行客户报价; 根据成本核算,项目背景,产品要求等综合评估价格可行性,提高报价中标率。
5. Coordinate customer's issues with internal responsible departments, transfer customer’s reasonable requirements into internal departments and provide necessary services for customers accordingly.
协调外部客户与公司内部各有关部门的联系,将顾客的各种要求及时准确地传达到公司相关部门为客户提供必要的服务。
6. Monitor the actual sales situation/potential sales of each customer and make analysis, take necessary actions properly; maintaining of customer master data, sales price etc. necessary information in system and keeping the data updated timely.
监测总结各客户的实际销售状况/潜在销售额,做出分析并及时采取相应措施; 进行客户主数据,产品销售价格等必须信息的及时系统维护和管理。
7. Monitor the customer’s satisfaction index, tracing the settlement of customer’s complaints. Providing necessary information for responsible departments for continuous improvement.
调查监控客户满意度, 跟踪顾客抱怨的处理情况, 为内部各部门工作持续改进提供数据信息。
8. Monitor A/R situation of each customer to ensure the open A/Rs to be settled punctually. and safely.
管理监控应收款状况, 确保销售货款的准时安全收回。
9. Collect competitor’s information and provide it for reference of management’s decision.
收集竞争对手信息进行分析,为管理层决策提供必要的数据信息。
10. Accomplish other sales related tasks punctually appointed by the company.
准时完成公司交办的其它销售相关任务。

大专及以上学历,商业管理或金属材料专业
Job Related Experience 相关工作经验
More than 5 years sales experience with heat treatment or metal products

Specific Knowledge/Skills 特殊技能知识
Knowledge of automotive project management
