Key Responsibilities: 1.Be responsible for company events such as exhibition, seminar, telemarketing, and downstream marketing activities to drive market growth. 2.Create engaging content for the website, newsletter, WeChat and any other online/offline marketing projects. 3.Manage marketing materials, ensuring their availability and distribution as needed. 4.Provide administration support for company leaders, including manage calendar, arrange/coordinate meetings, liaise with internal staff at all levels when necessary, make and polish documents with provided contents etc. 5.Other tasks assigned by leaders. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: 1.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is required. Consider less experience if with a master's degree. 2.A minimum of 3 years of experience in EA, marketing communication or related roles. 3.Strong communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and initiative are a must. 4.Capability to thrive under pressure and excel in a fast-paced environment with diverse partners. 5. Having the ablility to solve problems on your own. 6.Proficiency in computer skills (PPT, Word, Excel, PS, Video making) relevant to the role. 7.Strong written and spoken abilities in both Chinese and English are required.
