Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Understanding of the equipment used in laboratories giving a
decision-making capability with regard to its installation，maintenance and
management; Assist and advise with the specification, procurement of
appropriate equipment for the future development of the school laboratories.
2.Work closely with the University Health and Safety Office, the Campus
Management Office, the Management Information Technology and System Office, and
audit bodies to identify and raise awareness of health and safety hazards in
two school laboratories and ensure laboratories to meet the safety standards at
all aspects;
3.Develop and maintain instruction manual and technical/operational standards;
4.Organize and maintain stockrooms, and ensure the storage of any laboratory
supplies;
5.Provide training and supervision for undergraduate and postgraduate students
and postdoctoral research staff in the use of equipment and control systems;
6.Assist with academic staffs to guide students in undergraduate research
project development.
7.Communicate with industry partners of two schools to oversee their
requirements for the collaborative activities.
8.Perform any other worked related tasks assigned by the school superior
leaders and the Deans of two schools.
1. 了解实验室使用的设备，完成实验室设备的安装，维护和管理工作，了解学校实验室未来发展所需的设备的规划，协助完成实验室设备的选型，采购。
2. 与健康和安全办公室、校园管理办公室、管理信息技术和系统办公室以及审计部门密切合作，以识别和提高学校实验室的健康和安全危害意识，确保实验室符合安全标准；
3.制定并更新实验室指导手册及相关操作标准；
4.负责实验室管理维护，确保实验室用品安全储存；
5.对本科生、研究生和博士后研究人员进行设备及控制系统操作培训和使用监管；
6.协助学术员工对本科生科研项目开发进行指导；
7.与两个学院的合作伙伴进行沟通，监管协作项目的完成情况；
8.完成上级领导和两个学院院长交办的其他相关工作。

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, Semiconductor, Electronic and Information
Engineering，Microelectronics, Mechatronics, Mechanics, Automatic Control
Engineering, Robotics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant.
2. Knowledge of Microelectronics, electrical and automatic control, familiar
with electrical standards;
3. Familiar with the semiconductor manufacture processing techniques in clean
room, such as RCA cleaning, lithography machine, sputtering, CVD.
4. Familiar with maintains of the clean room and related facilities is
preferred
5.Excellent written and spoken skills in Chinese and English;
6.Excellent organizational skills and attention to details;
7.A good team player with strong interpersonal skills;
8.Dependability, reliability and ability to produce work of high quality in
time;
9.Independent and proactive in implementing the duties;

1. 本科及以上学位，半导体、微电子、电子信息工程、机电一体化、机械、自动控制工程、机器人技术、工业工程、计算机科学或相关专业。
2. 了解芯片工艺，有一定的实验动手能力，在半导体芯片领域有相关科研与工作实习经验者优先；
3. 熟悉半导体生产工艺流程，如RCA清洗、光刻机、磁控溅射、CVD镀膜等；
4. 有洁净间及相关设备调试、维护能力者优先 5.优秀的中英文写作及口语能力；
6. 优秀的组织能力以及细节观察能力；
7.良好的团队合作和人际沟通能力；
8.工作可靠，按时保质完成工作；
9.独立自主，积极主动的完成工作任务。
