1. Search the suitable product for China market by market research, and product application analysis, market competition analysis, distribution channel analysis and market volume estimation should be included
2. Plan and carry out field test to verify the performance of new product
3. Implement product management strategy of defined product group, including product launching, product promotion, product enhancement and product phase-out
4. Analysis of market performance for related product portfolio and initiation of market measures to achieve better market results
5. Work together with related government departments to get necessary product certification to support product sales.
6. Deliver necessary product training to internal staff
