岗位职责：
1、在Q-gate7之前负责，在Q-gate8之前成功移交给运营质量并提供积极支持.

2、对询价及开发阶段的质量概念性计划的评估，准备有关质量方面的报价.
Evaluation of inquiries and development of quality concepts, preparation of offers with regard to quality aspects
3、与质量运营部门以及BU和运营部门的相关专家部门进行沟通.
Ongoing communication with Quality Operations and relevant specialist departments in BU and Operations
4、与开发、客户和供应商合作，实施先期质量策划， 准备质量保证的概念性计划，包括相关文件.
Implementation of advance quality planning / Preparation of quality assurance concepts in cooperation with development, customers and suppliers, including the associated documentation
5、准备必要的质量计划相关文件(如生产控制和检验计划、目视检验指导、WE检验计划、工人自检指导等).
Preparation of the necessary documentation (e.g. production control and inspection plans, visual inspection instructions, WE inspection plans, worker self-inspection instructions, etc.)
6、主导项目开发阶段系列试验设备的规划、采购和鉴定.
Planning, procurement and qualification of series test equipment in the project phase
7、在生产设施的最终检查和批准以及零部件的批准方面进行协作.
Collaboration in the final inspection and approval of production facilities and approval of components
8、担当项目开发阶段客户和供应商在质量问题上的对应窗口(对口)
Counterpart for customers and suppliers regarding quality issues (project phase)
9、组织、支持和跟踪流程审核和潜在分析(客户相关).
Organization, Support and follow-up of process audits & potential analyses (client)
10、与供应商和客户建立/维护特定产品的质量保证协议(QSV).
Creation / Maintenance of Product-specific quality assurance agreements (QSV) with suppliers and customers
11、项目开发阶段对内部或外部需要的特别批准(特采)做评估.
Evaluation of internal and external special approvals (project phase)"
12、在Q-Gate 7之前负责并更新P-FMEA，参与协作D-FMEA(维护由主导人员负责)。
Responsibility and updating for P-FMEA up to Q-Gate 7, collaboration on D-FMEA (maintenance is the responsibility of the moderator)
13、维护IT系统中与质量有关的数据和文件。
Maintenance of quality-relevant data and documents in the IT systems
14、为客户创建限度样品和不良样品目录。
Creation of limiting samples and error catalogues for customers
15、特殊项目的承担。
Assumption of special projects
16、维护有序和整洁，兼顾安全，环境和能源问题，并执行管理系统
Maintaining order and cleanliness, safety, environmental and energy issues and implementing the management system

任职资格：
1、熟悉ISO9001，如熟悉IATF16949质量管理体系更好。
Familiar with ISO9001, better with IATF16949。
2、熟悉精密注塑行业的生产流程及质量要求;
Familiar With Precision Injection Molding Process and Quality Requirements
3、具有项目质量管理的相关知识;
With Project Quality Management Knowledge
4、相关行业不低于五年质量管理相关的工作经验
Minimum Five years experience in quality management in related industries
5、良好的英语听说读写和计算机应用能力;
Good Experience of English and Computer Skill
6、持内审员证书者优先考虑;
Internal Auditor Certificate is preferred
8、持六西格玛证书者优先考虑;
Six Sigma Certificate is preferred
9、性格开朗,具有良好的人际沟通能力及解决问题的能力
