Cultivating contacts with Asian (both local and transplant) customers

Determination of customer satisfaction, evaluation of the results and coordination of actions where necessary

Responsible for represent IMS products to customers and deal with technical related questions professionally

Hold discussions within the guidelines regarding price adjustments (e.g. change of raw material conditions) and put it into action where applicable.

Taking and recording of regional customer inquiries and communicate with HQ

Substantiate customer specifications. Analyze the technical (feasibility, tolerances) and economical realization (e.g. capacity, invest, price target) together with internal responsible persons in HQ

Requesting and evaluating offers from supplier in cooperation with the purchasing department.

Qualification 任职要求:

Education
教育程度

Bachelor’s degree or above with major in mechanical engineering or equivalent subject
本科以上学历,机械工程或相应相关专业。

Fluent of English in both oral and written

With strong application ability of Office Software: Word, Excel, Power point , Project and Access Database

Professional Experience
专业经验

5 years of working experience or above, with automotive industry background in manufacturing (assembly/injection/machining)/program management, at least 2 years sales related.
5年以上汽车行业工作经验, 有制造(装配/注塑/加工)、项目管理背景以及至少2年的销售销售相关的工作
Thorough knowledge of AIAG APQP procedures, quality engineering, supplier management, blue print reading, advanced measuring techniques
精通AIAG APQP流程、质量工程、供应商管理、图纸阅读以及测量技术
Knowledge of QMS (IATF16949,ISO9001, etc), GD&T, DFM, D/PFMEA,PFD, Control Plan, and contract review.
