MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责： 1. Evaluate the technical feasibility and cost of non-standard automation projects. Responsible for discussing and developing project solutions. 评估非标自动化项目的技术可行性和成本。负责项目方案的讨论和制定。 2. Complete the mechanical design of non-standard machine independently, including structural design, standard component selection, design drawing output, etc. 独立完成非标设备的机械设计，包括结构设计、标准件选型、设计图纸输出等。 3. Execute and guide the assembly, commission, and improvement of the machine. 执行和指导机器的装配，调试和改进。 4. Implement tracking and technical support for manufacturing of machined parts. 实施机加工件制作的跟踪和技术支持。 5. Write machine operation manuals, inspection lists, maintenance item lists, and other machine related documents. 编写设备操作手册、点检表、维护保养项目清单等设备相关文档。 6. Implement project management, including project related schedule management, cost management, procurement management, communication management, risk management, conflict management, etc. 执行项目管理，包括项目相关的进度管理、成本管理、采购管理、沟通管理、风险管理、冲突管理等。 7. Conduct internal reviews of project mechanical design within department to guide team members in improving their mechanical design and project management abilities. 执行项目机械设计的部门内部评审，通过指导组员提高组员的机械设计能力和项目管理能力。 8. Share your skills and project experience with other members of the department, maintenance department, or internal customers. Assist other members of the department in resolving issues encountered in the project. 分享自己的技能和项目经验给部门其他成员，维修部门或者内部客户。帮助部门其他成员解决项目中遇到的问题。 9. Write high-tech enterprise application related R&D materials and patents. 高新技术企业申请相关研发材料和专利的撰写。 10. Complete other tasks assigned by superior. 完成上级指派的其他任务。
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE 任职要求条件： Education & Major 学历与专业 Bachelor degree or above, major in automation/mechanical or related. 本科或以上学历，自动化/机械相关专业。
Job Related Experience 相关工作经验 At least 8 years of experience in mechanical design of non-standard automation equipment. 至少8年以上非标自动化设备设计经验。
Total Working Experience整体工作经验 At least 8 years of work experience. 至少8年以上工作经验。
Specific Knowledge/Skills 特殊技能知识 Proficient in mechanical design principles, design standards, material properties, machining equipment, surface treatment and heat treatment of parts, etc. 精通机械设计原理、设计标准、材料性能、机加工设备、零件表面处理和热处理等知识。
Proficient in the principles and selection of various mechanical components such as pneumatic, hydraulic, transmission components, motors, conveyors, etc. 精通各种机械元件的原理和选型，包括气动、液压、传动、电机、输送机构等。
Proficient in using Solid-edge or other 3D and 2D mechanical design software. 能熟练运用Solid-edge或其它3D及2D机械设计软件.
