Responsibilities:
1. Develop automation solutions with Chinese suppliers
2. Clarify technical details and track deadlines
3. Support the release of new systems for Kroschu (Kroschu worldwide and China)
4. Create specifications for machines / systems and coordinate with suppliers
5. Schedule coordination and tracking
6. Undertake commissioning for local market
7. Support BMW 3 Series automation project

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical, Automation or relative major;
2. Greater than 3 years of wiring harness equipment and automation related working experience is needed;
3. Experience in automation solutions development, automation project management and machine release;
4. Good problem-solving skills and good teamwork spirit;
5. Good spoken and written English;
