MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES/主要职责：
021. Be responsible for new projects sourcing & nomination - make sure the qualified parts arrival in time base on projects’ requirements. Commodities focus on EE parts etc;
负责新项目产品的询价和定点，根据项目要求制定采购计划，保证物料的及时供应及项目顺利进行，物料采购主要为电子件相关产品；
022. Be charge for new project’s overall purchasing tasks based on different customers and differ-ent projects;
根据项目需求，负责新项目的整体采购工作；
023. Implement call off before SOP and after SOP 3 months until handover to the material planner;
负责项目量产前和量产后3个月的物料计划工作；
024. All suppliers related ECN evaluation and implement;
负责所有涉及供应商ECN的评估和导入；
025. Support material planner to solve the supplier shortage problem;
支持物料计划员解决供应商的缺料问题；
026. Support SQE to solve the supplier quality problem;
协助SQE解决供应商的质量问题；
027. Achieve saving target, according to the company and department’s annual targets;
根据每年公司以及部门指标，达成节约目标；
028. Closely work with PM, logistic, quality and finance etc;
与项目、物流、质量、财务等部门紧密合作；
029. Follow up suppliers, monthly & yearly evaluate;
跟踪供应商月度和年度评估；
0210. Maintain system in time to make sure all the data refresh;
及时更新系统，保证数据的时效性；
0211. Support internal process improvement
支持采购流程改善；
0212. Lead purchasing project cost & timing management;
牵头内部项目成本及进度管理；
0213. Finishing other work required by the supervisor.
完成上级领导临时交办的其它合理工作。

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/岗位资格要求：
1. Education background and working experience:
教育背景与工作经历：
02College’s degree with major in Engineering/Electronical. Engineering background is preferred;
大专或以上学历，工程/电子电气等相关专业；工程背景优先；
025-8 years sourcing experience at least, especially auto electronical parts, such as actuator, motor assembly, PCBA, ambient lights etc. understand and implement of controlling of BOM cost / buy parts stage timing / buy parts risk management / buy parts ECN/cost reduction, etc.
5-8年以上采购工作经验，熟悉汽车电子电气，比如执行器，马达，PCBA，氛围灯等产品。熟悉采购工作流程，比如项目BOM成本管控，采购件时间节点管控，采购件风险管控及采购件ECN管控,成本优化等。
2. Skill/技能:

3. Mastery knowledge: QS aim & policy; Company aim & philosophy; FPS process, administra-tion working procedure. Basic knowledge of finance and business administration if necessary.
掌握知识：质量方针目标；公司目标和纲领；行政工作流程；财务和行政管理基础知识。
4. Quality System/质量体系要求：
Be familiar with IATF16949 and ISO14001.
熟悉IATF16949质量管理体系及ISO14001环境管理体系。
