Accountabilities
Promotion and Sales of PVC specialty compound manufacture by the group in China, Vietnam, France, Germany and USA.
Application/Market?: Motion Business
Develop sales of PVC compounds in the Group.
Assist and manage in order handling of the Group sales in China
Main activities
Directly responsible for the overall safety in his or her responsible area,Provide a safe and healthy workplace for his/her team,Report and analyze all accidents and near misses and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions as required,Driving his or her team to ensure their operation compliance with all HSE procedures,Being active in the promotion of the safety culture at the site
Technical:
?Coordinate with group subsidiaries and laboratories to ensure homologation of products.
?Provide technical support during development and after sales
Sales:
?Follow up of sales activities to ensure profitable business growth
?Managed by Sales Director, to make quotation and involve the negotiation of terms of sales contract
?Follow up for customers’ inquiring, orders and collection of account receivable
?Coordinate with group subsidiaries and laboratories to ensure homologation of products.
?Provide technical support during development and after sales
?Work with sales director to make rolling forecast, coordinate with the plant for production and logistic plan
?Develop good relationship with customers
?Collection of market intelligence
?Provide the routine report: visiting reports, weekly reports, monthly reports
Business Assistant:
?Coordination of BU’s business activities in China; Coordinate sales assistant in routine Scala order entry and monthly sales closing for the Group activities.
?Monitoring the sales data in SCALA
?Participate in the organization of seminars, meetings, exhibition etc for ** compounds products
?Help Sales director to manage the sales assistant’s behavior and performance

-Organize the day-to-day follow up of customers and provide them good satisfaction.
-Use all support in Changshu and Taicang (R&I, T&D, Logistics, purchasing, Finance, HR & Adm)
Qualifications / experience required

-Good technical background in chemistry or material science (bachelor or above)
-Experience of sales: 1-3 years relative experience
-Basic English in writing, reading and speaking
-Accpte business trip (60%-70% of working time)
-Basic computer skill?: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
-Speak Japanese is preferred
