Responsibilities: Complaint management: - Coordination of the manufacturing and processing of measurement schedules in cooperation with the production, customer, supplier. - Fault and root cause analysis (internal complaint), diagnosis, traceability
Production: - Lead internal failure analysis and problem solving - Support the production defining Q-targets - Support and implementation of improvement projects and coordination of the processes (e.g. BPS, Six Sigma, Kaizen, CIP Projects) - Support process capability and new production release approval (IPA, IPL) - Coordination of quality monitoring (MFU, PFU, SPC)
Quality planning: - Active support for creation of production control plans, test protocols (initial part test-FPI/LPI, withdrawal plan, product and shipping audit plans, requalification plans, quality alert etc.) on basis of P-FMEA - Coordination and conception, testing and approval of testing instruments, measuring instruments and devices. - Definition of SPC-characteristics if necessary - Impose quality-related measures (e.g. blocking and reclaimation of products).
Faulty product control: - Coordinate / track special releases - Recovery control and approval - Impose corrective actions for compliance with process capability
QMS & Audit: - Lead TS16949 management system and customer audit - Plan and conduct internal special audits for process and product - Coordination of Gemba and layer process audits - Release of quality documents (product audit plan, withdrawal plan, requalification test, initial part test, product audit, shipping audit, process parameter, work instructions, test instructions etc.)
Requirements: Educational background 61 Engineering studies degree 61 Generalist with affinity for technics 61 Proven leadership experience at least 2 years in the line and in projects 61 Minimum 3 years experience of complex machining in automotive-manufacturing 61 Education as quality supervisor aspect
Job relevant knowledge 61 Usage of management tools (z.B. MAG/GPD incl. target agreement; CIP; Q-Matrix, ishikawa) 61 Leadership skills (e.g. give orientation and safety, dealing with feedback, motivation) 61 Decision-making strength 61 Leadership communication skills (communicate with clear and critical messages)
Work Experience 61 Expert knowledge in precision machining, welding, grinding, balancing processes 61 Knowledge in engine technology 61 Special expert knowledge in the field quality of development and manufacturing (APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA) 61 MS-Office, SAP, MES. etc 61 Lean & Six Sigma or BPS 61 Metal material knowledge is preferred
