Business Development Manager – Industrial Solutions Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive our sales and expand our market presence for industrial solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets. Collaborate with the application team to develop solutions for potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company. Qualifications: Must have bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, in the one of the following industries food packaging, medical, semiconductor or machinery industry. Strong understanding of standard parts and their applications in various industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as needed.
