岗位职责：
1. Responsible for site quality management；
负责公司现场的质量管理；
2. Plan and coordinate inspection resources to ensure production delivery;
规划协调检验资源，确保生产交付；
3. Monitor the work flow to ensure that the on-site inspection is carried out in accordance with the standardized process;
监控工作流程，确保现场检验按照规范的流程进行操作；
4. Handling of poor process and abnormal quality；
制程不良及质量异常的处理；
5. Process quality data statistics, analysis and quality problem improvement promotion;
制程质量数据统计、分析及质量问题的改进推动；
6. Internal quality cost statistics, analysis and improvement
内部不良成本的统计、分析及改善
7. Responsible for acceptance and confirmation of product conversion to mass production;
负责产品转量产验收及确认；
8. Handle the quality of production site and customer quality complaints;
生产现场质量和客户质量投诉时的对应处理；
9. PQE daily work arrangement and skill training.
现场工程师日常工作安排及技能培训。
10. Responsible for leading the promotion of the department's quality/environment/occupational health and safety policy and objectives.
负责主导本部门质量/环境/职业健康安全方针和目标的宣导。
11. Responsible for leading the identification, evaluation and training of environmental factors and hazards in the department.
负责主导本部门的环境因素及危险源的识别、评价和培训。
12. Other tasks from leader.
上级安排的其他任务。

任职要求：
1. College degree or above， Mechanical or Electrical engineer related field. 8+ years quality work experience.
大专以上学历，机械或者电子工程相关专业。8年以上质量相关工作经验。
2. Good communication skill with internal and external, ability to deal with unexpected situations and problem solving.
良好的内部沟通技巧，具备应对突发状况的应变能力及问题解决能力。
3. Team management and building skills to direct and lead staff.
具备团队管理及建设技能，指导和领导员工。
4. Familiar with the system standard of IATF16949, ISO14001 and ISO45001.
熟悉IATF16949汽车行业质量管理体系标准、ISO14001环境管理体系和ISO45001职业健康安全管理标准。

熟悉QA作业方法,熟悉品质管理的五大手册并基本运用，能熟练运用5W1H、8D、QC七大手法分析等解决问题。
