岗位职责：
1.协助项目、采购开发新供应商并建立潜在的供方名录；
Assist the project and purchasers to develop new suppliers and establish a list of potential suppliers;
2.建立合格供应商目录并做质量绩效考评归档；
Establish qualified supplier catalogue and make quality performance evaluation and filing;
3.对供应商进行定期过程审核/问题点改善对策确认/对策结案追踪/提报；
Conduct regular process audit on suppliers/ confirm the improvement countermeasure of problem point/ track and report the countermeasure closing;
4.协助质量工程师对其供应商下达相关的文件资料的收集；
Assist quality engineer to collect relevant documents issued by their suppliers;
5.对供应商的日常质量绩效统计分析和管理（品质问题反馈采购及厂商联络改善/确认）；
Analyze and manage suppliers' daily quality performance statistics (feedback quality problem, improve/confirm purchasing and vendor liaison）;
6.对供应商新项目的认可和管理（如，OTS和PPAP签署及进行相关评审）；
Recognize and manage new supplier projects (e.g. OTS and PPAP sign-off and associated reviews)
7.供方品质不良的处理及改善验证；
Handle supplier's poor quality problems and improve and verify them;
8.因供方品质不良造成索赔的确认、提报；
Confirm and submiss claims due to poor quality of suppliers;
9.完成部门领导下达的临时任务；
Complete temporary tasks assigned by Department leaders;
岗位要求：
1.大专及以上学历, 制造类相关机械专业;
College or above degree, Major in manufacturing or related machinery;
2.三年以上汽车零部件一级供应商SQE工作经验；
At least 3 years SQE work experience in tier 1 automotive components manufacture;
3.熟悉IATF16949体系流程,能熟练运用5W1H、8D&QC七大手法分析、解决问题;
Be familiar with IAT16949 system process, be able to skillfully analyze and solve problems with the seven methods of 5W1H and 8D&QC;
4.具有较强的独立分析和解决问题能力；具有良好沟通、协调和人际交往能力；
Good analysis and solving problem ability. Good communication skill.
5.良好的英语听说能力。
Good oral and written English.
