61 Be responsible for the engine design of the localization and new projects
61 Lead system design of valvetrain (including CRB), geartrain, engine bearings, etc.
61 Create product documentation (PD and TB), CAD data (3D model and 2D drawing), etc.
61 Be familiar with DFMEA, DVP, PPAP, time plan and so on
61 Be responsible for troubleshooting related to the design using 8D report, fishbone, etc.
61 Work with x-functional teams inside and outsides

Education and/or Experience

61 Bachelor’s degree or above, major in engine design or related.
61 At least 8 years of working experience in the design of engine systems or major components for new engine development project, localization project and cost reduction, etc.
61 Be familiar with engine development process
61 Have good understanding of simulation, GD&T, DFMEA, DVP, PPAP, mech. validation and vehicle test; etc., drawing check experience is preferred
61 Frequent contact with purchasing, production and other colleagues working with cross functions of the Powertrain and Complete vehicle.
61 Tech. management for engineering cases among cross-functional teams and external parties
61 Have good knowledge of materials, heat treatment, surface treatment and so on
61 Understand the manufacturing process, e.g. casting, forging, sheet-metal, plastic, rubber, machining, etc.
61 Project management is preferred
