1 New project 新项目
1.1 Responsible for the initial process development of new projects, assist the project and sales to complete the relevant documents and quotations required by customers.
负责新项目初期工艺开发，协助项目、销售完成客户要求的相关文件及报价；
1.2 Responsible for the development, debugging and acceptance of tooling equipment in sample phase.
负责样件阶段工装设备的开发、调试、验收；
1.3 Responsible for the preparation of process related documents in the sample stage (such as process flow chart, PFMEA, Work Instructions, etc.).
负责样件阶段工艺相关文件的编写，(如：过程流程图，PFMEA，样件作业指导书等)；
1.4 Responsible for product sample development, production and delivery, tracking product manufacturing problems, coordinating various departments to solve related problems, and assisting R&D department to optimize and improve product design.
负责产品样件开发、制作、交付工作，追踪产品制造问题点，协调各部门解决相关问题，协助研发部门优化完善产品设计；
1.5 Responsible for supporting Quality Department to complete customer PPAP submission.
负责协助质量部完成客户 PPAP 提交；
1.6 Responsible for the preparation and personnel training of project transfer to mass production stage.
负责项目转移至量产阶段的相关准备及人员培训；
2 Mass production project 量产项目
2.1 Maintain and update production line related documents (e.g., work instructions, error-proof list, process parameter list, etc.).
维护、更新生产线相关文件，(如：作业指导书、防错清单、过程参数表等)；
2.2 Responsible for dealing with process related problems of the production line, maintaining the stable of the production line, tracking and maintaining the related indicators of the production line (such as: CT, Reject rate, OEE, Capacity, Layout, etc.).
负责处理生产线工艺相关问题点，维持生产线稳定运行，跟踪、维护产线相关指标，(如：周期时间、不良率、设备稼动率、设备产能、场地布局图等)；
2.3 Initiate continuous improvement of production line to reduce defect rate and waste.
发起生产线持续改进，降低不良率，减少浪费；

任职要求：
1.Bachelor's degree or above.
本科及以上学位;
2.5 years or above process experience in automotive industry.
5年及以上汽车行业工艺相关经验;
3.Good writing skills to provide written documentation and guidance.
良好的写作能力，提供书面的相关文件和指导;
4.Ability to analyze and solve process problems and know about the relevant tools used in problem analysis.
工艺问题的分析、解决能力，了解问题分析使用的相关工具；
5.Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, familiar with office software.
具备应用 Microsoft Windows 计算机的能力，熟练使用办公软件；
6.Know about IATF16946 standards. 了解 IATF16946 相关标准;
7.Proficient in process related document writing standards, (such as: process flow chart, PFMEA, work instructions, etc.)
熟练掌握工艺相关文件的编写标准；(如：过程流程图、PFMEA、作业指导书等)
8.Know about DOE.
了解 DOE 实验设计方法;
9.Know about Lean Manufacturing.
了解精益生产;
10.Ability to use 2D/3D software .
能使用 2D/3D 软件;
11.Good training skills to conduct training programs.
良好的培训技能，以实施培训计划;
12.Has a good written and spoken Chinese/English ability.
良好的中文和英文书面及口头表达能力;
13.Good communication skills and interpersonal relationships, and take the initiative to coordinate problems in the project
善于沟通和处理人际关系，积极主动协调项目中出现的问题.
