Productivity gain from steelwrist usage range from 50 to 200% depending on type of work.

The international tiltrotator market is expanding rapidly and we are seeing an increased demand also from the Chinese market. Steelwrist is today the fastest growing company in the world that provide advanced technology for improving excavator efficiency. The products are sold both to machine OEM’s and to machine dealers as aftermarket products.

Steelwrist is now looking for a Production Group Leader that will work together within the Chinese team and continue to build market growth.

Responsibilities:

61 Responsible for the quality control of incoming parts and finished products etc.
负责质检工作：来料质检，成品质检等
61 Use of forklift for in-house goods transport and shipment related matters.

61 Maintains warehouse materials and ensures that materials are in their designated storage locations.
维护仓库的物料，确保物料在指定库位
61 Participate in the development and improvement of production processes, implement, verify and document measures.

61 Conduct product and production-related investigations and participate in development projects of new ones, as well as changes to existing products.

61 Participate hands-on mechanical and hydraulic related works in the assembly, and coach the on-board training for the new employees.

Qualifications:

61 Should be technical, meticulous, driven and self-motivated. Being driven by constantly improving and solving problems in manufacturing.

61 Better to have Shopfloor management experience.

61 Good cross functional communication skills.
