We are a Danish subsidiary in China, focused on the wind power industry. Responsibilities / 职位职责：
61 Make localized design adjustments based on local assembly conditions and resources to ensure manufacturability and cost efficiency根据当地装配条件和资源，进行设计的本地化调整，确保可制造性和成本效益。
61 Provide technical support for the assembly process, resolving any technical issues to ensure production efficiency and product quality为装配过程提供技术支持，解决装配中遇到的技术问题，保障生产效率和产品质量。
61 Implement design solutions from headquarters on the assembly line and continuously optimize assembly processes based on practical feedback将总部的设计方案实施到装配线上，并根据实践反馈不断优化装配工艺流程。
61 Assist the quality management team in ensuring that assembly and testing processes meet design specifications and quality standards协助质量管理团队，确保装配和测试过程符合设计规格和质量标准。
61 Conduct equipment performance testing and collaborate with the Danish team to ensure equipment meets expected performance standards负责设备性能测试，和丹麦团队合作，确保设备达到预期性能标准。
61 Maintain close contact with the headquarters design team, accurately reporting any issues encountered during assembly and testing与总部设计团队保持密切联系，准确反馈装配及测试中遇到的问题。
61 Provide technical training to assembly and operations staff to ensure they correctly understand and execute drawing requirements对装配和操作员工进行技术培训，确保他们正确理解和执行图纸设计的要求。
61 Participate in the maintenance and improvement of assembly and testing equipment, ensuring optimal operation and efficiency参与装配和测试设备的维护和改进，确保设备正常运行并达到***效率。
61 Provide technical support for the introduction and trial production of new products within the assembly and testing processes为新产品引进和试生产的装配和测试过程提供技术支持，确保顺利投入生产。

Requirements / 任职要求：
61 Possess professional knowledge in engineering disciplines, particularly in assembly processes, equipment performance testing, and quality control具备工程学科的专业知识，尤其是装配工艺、设备性能测试和质量控制方面。
61 Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities, enabling effective interaction with both local teams and headquarters 具备卓越的问题解决能力与沟通技巧，能够高效地与团队和总部交流。
