■ Work with SCM to develop new supplier；
■ Deal with supplier's quality complain IATF timely and effectively, Follow up the effectiveness of 8D report;
■ Periodic supplier audit; When the supplier performance evaluation declines or major abnormalities occur, the supplier will be audited periodically.；
■ Perform monthly major supplier quality performance assessment and push improvement continually；
■ Supervise supplier part IATF development phase work, such as project review, process review, APQP, PPAP, productivity evaluation, etc.
■ Support the customer quality claim caused by supplier；
■ Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor on time. 　　


职位要求：
> Bachelor degree or above. Mechanical engineering or material engineering background.
> At least 5 years SQE experience in auto industry, More than one year experience in screw industry is preferred.
> Familiar with ISO9001 or IATF 16949 standards, skilled at supplier audit, such as VDA6.3, CQI-9, CQI-11, CQI-12, etc.
> Proficient in quality tools: APQP,PPAP,FEMA,CP,MSA,SPC, etc.
> Strong problem solving skills, such as 8D, 5WHY, fishbone, etc.
> Work in fast paced, collaborative team environment.
> Good communication and interpersonal skills, time arrangement and organizational skills.
> Good English communication skills; Positive interpersonal skills to support working with different cultures is preferred.
