Job description
·根据公司质量管理方针建立公司质量体系，并确保质量体系被完全理解并实施。定期对质量体系定期评审。
According to quality policy to build the quality system。Guarantee the system is undertstood and implmented. Check the implemention of quality system running regularlly.
Create and follow up the yearly quality plan and target status.
·建立生产过程控制体系
Create the innternal process control requirement and plan.
·与采购部共同建立外部供应商质量要求，对供应商定期进行质量审核
Create the yearly audit plan for supplier or subcontractor and monitor the performance of them.
·调查分析客户抱怨，采取正确的纠正行动，与其他部门制定预防和改进措施。
Investigate the coustomer complaint and find the root cause together with related departments, take actions and implement to prevent it happend again.
·负责质量部门日常管理工作，对部门员工工作业绩进行评估、指导和跟进
Manage the routing work, and monitor the performance of qualiy employee
Required qualifications
·本科以上学历，机械类相关专业
Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical.
·8年以上质量管理工作经验，熟悉钣金件加工流程与工艺
Above 8 years’ quality management experience in sheet metal machining and process
·掌握质量标准体系和质量管理知识
Familiar with quality system and management tools
·能够读懂产品图纸和技术要求，熟悉各种测量设备、仪器和工具的使用方法
Familiar with drawing and measuring device
·良好的谈判技巧，以及丰富的问题应急处理以及解决方案制定实施能力
Good skills for the negotiation and and relative quality issues analysis and solving
·良好的时间管理、项目管理以及供应商管理能力
Good skills for time management and project management
·熟练使用AUTOCAD及OFFICE软件
Familiar with MS-Office software and AUTO-CAD designing software
