岗位职责：
Job Responsibilities:

1. 发展供应链，并推动供应商在价格，质量及交期方面的持续改善.
Develop local supply chain to improve their performance on quality, delivery and cost.
2. 对现有供应商进行供应商评估；
Perform supplier evaluations for current suppliers.
3. 主要参与新项目设计的新零件，新产品的供应商开发，询价及打样工作，同国外研发部门紧密沟通完成相关工作。
Mainly involve in new product development project for sourcing new supplier, getting quotation and sampling work. It is needed to closely work with oversea R&D colleagues in headquarters.
4. 跟踪相关供应商的采购订单或合同，并能处理与订单或合同有关的任何问题，包括但不限于质量、服务、延期、修理、退货、付款或索赔等；
Follow up related purchase orders or contract with suppliers, and be able to handle for any issue related to the order or contract including but not limited to quality, service, delay, repair, return, payment or claim, etc.
5. 周度、月度相关数据的收集整理.
Collection and sorting of relevant data in weekly and monthly reports.
6. 能及时给供应商对账，制作请款资料；
Be able to reconcile with suppliers in time and make payment request data.
7. 负责并促进库存水平的正确，支持公司的生产计划和交货承诺.
Responsibility for, and contributes to, that inventory levels are correct and supports the company's production plans and delivery commitments.
8. 遵守公司规章制度，并致力于不断完善公司的供应链管理制度以及采购能力的提升.
Follow to the regulation by the company and engage to continuously improve the company's supply chain regulations and personal procurement skill level.
9. 完成领导交付的其他工作。
Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.


任职要求：
Job Requirements:
1. 要求大专以上学历，具备5年以上的采购工作经验；
College degree or above, with more than 5 years of procurement experience.
2. 要能熟练计算机Excel表格的操作，能适应繁琐的表格处理分析事务，熟悉ERP系 统操作；
Be proficient in the operation of computer excel tables, be able to adapt to cumbersome table processing and analysis affairs and be familiar with the operation of ERP system.
3. 英语可作为工作语言，能够同外方进行英文沟通，读，写；
English is available as a working language and excellent at English reading and writing.
4. 有高度的责任心和内驱力.
