您的主要职责
* Leadership Level:
- Understand Schaeffler's vision & mission, show to employees through audits
and daily communication.
- Understand Schaeffler's definition of 9 core competency, show the self
initiative to promote them at daily work
* Functional Level:
- Make PPAP documents according to customer requirements
- Plan the required gages for new projects and new production.
- Join the project team as quality engineer and responsible for quality issue
in project
- Take part in the FMEA team as a core member
- Lead the customer audits in project phase
- Apply the defined SAP rollout standards, methods and procedures
- Perform business process analysis according to rollout method
- Design target business processes in cooperation with the operative
departments
- Perform change management in the business to reach Schaeffler Group solution

您的任职资格
* Bachelor degree, major in mechanical or engineering Business oriented
background (commercial or technical / according assigned business process
responsibility)
* Experience in daily business and procedures of industrial manufacturing
company Minimum 5 years related experience
* Good communication skills, team player
* Know well in IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC
* Good written & spoken English
* Business process analysis and reengineering
* Communicative, arguing, convincing
