Job Summary and Key Objectives 职位概述及关键目标 This position requires the achievement of short - and long-term business objectives, including but not limited to: rapidly and actively develop, establish, manage and operate sales networks in Hong Kong and Macau; Achieve annual sales targets and three-year and five-year sales growth targets. 此岗位任职人员需要实现短期和长期的业务目标,包括但不限于:快速、积极地开发、建立、管理和运行香港和澳门两个城市的销售网络; 实现年度销售目标和三年、五年销售增长目标。 Key Responsibilities 主要职责 61 Enhance Camfil's brand awareness in Hong Kong and Macau and drive performance in key industries such as life sciences, commercial buildings, hospitals, rail transit and tunnels, and power facilities. 提升Camfil在香港澳门的品牌知名度,拉动在主要行业如生命科学、商业建筑、医院、轨道交通和隧道、电力设施等领域的业绩。 61 Collect and analyze market data and information of Camfil applicable products in Hong Kong and Macau market and formulate effective business development strategy. 收集、分析香港澳门市场Camfil适用产品的市场数据和信息并制定有效业务发展策略。 61 Develop sales plan for Hong Kong and Macao based on local market characteristics to increase Camfil's market share. 根据香港澳门市场特点制定销售行动计划,以提升康斐尔在该地区的业务份额。 61 Develop sales channels , incl. but not limited to creation of key partner / reseller network, preparation & promotion of sales tools. 开发销售渠道,包括但不限于建立主要合作伙伴/经销商网络,准备和推广销售工具》 61 Track customer payments as agreed in the sales contracts and be responsible for the results. 按照销售合同的约定跟踪客户付款并对结果负责; 61 Reasonably control the inventory to achieve the company's inventory turnover target. 合理控制库存量,达到公司库存周转目标。 61 Other projects/tasks assigned by supervisor. 其他上级安排的项目/任务。 Know-How 知识 61 Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school). Major in HVAC/Building/Environment/Mechanical and Electrical are best. 认证大学或学院的学士学位(或被认可的其它学历)。暖通/建筑/环境 /机电等相关专业均可。如有相关行业工作经验,则专业上可以放宽 61 Knowledge about clean air process, or sales experience related to industrial products. Have sales experience in clean air or HAVC accessories will be preferred. 了解空气洁净工艺,熟悉工业产品销售工作流程。具有工业产品销售经验,有舒适性空气领域和空调箱配件相关销售经验优先考虑。 61 At least 3 additional years of experience in sales, marketing or business development. 至少 3 年以上工业品销售、市场或业务开发经验。 61 Have certain sales channels and a mature customer base in Hong Kong and Macao regions. 港澳地区拥有一定的销售渠道和成熟的客户群体。 61 Independent type selection, quotation, engineering are preferred. 能够独立选型,报价,设计的优先。
