Responsibilities:
61 Working with FM company on the equipment maintenance of all the facility systems, including but not limited to the operation and maintenance of the HVAC air conditioning system, electricity, process cooling water, compressed air, vacuum, lighting, etc.
61 Plant facility maintenance including：
o Co-work with FM contractors on equipment lubrication, cleaning, inspection, replacement of wearing parts or consumables, daily on-site inspection and other daily maintenance work.
o Install and maintain electrical equipment in a good order
o Plant AC & Air compressor & special air system, clean room maintenance
61 Co-work with FM contractors on spare parts replacement:
61 Coaching and developing engineers to the 7S standards
61 Device performance monitoring and providing optimization suggestions.
61 Provide equipment operation training and guidance to related staffs.
61 Equipment maintenance record filing and summary report.
61 Setting all electrical devices fit to energy saving work
61 Familiar with plant fire alarming system
61 Install and maintain wastewater treatment facilities/protocols
Requirements:
61 More than 8 years’ work experience related.
61 College’s degree or above, major in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
61 Demonstrated hands on skills and problem-solving skills.
61 Good communication skills in both mandarin and English
61 Willing to OT during weekend or national holiday
61 Familiar with plant normal facility equipment
61 Familiar with environmental & work safety related regulations, such as emission control, special equipment management, etc.
61 Holding high and low voltage electrician operation certificates, refrigeration and air conditioning operation certificates, and having a chemical management certificate is preferred.
