1. 项目全周期管理
Full Project Lifecycle Management
- 负责熔炉设备制造项目的全流程管理，包括立项、项目预算制定、计划制定、执行、监控及交付验收，确保项目按时、按质、按预算完成。
Responsible for end-to-end management of furnace equipment manufacturing projects, including initiation, budgeting, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery/acceptance, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- 制定项目预算，与销售经理对接，项目风险及需求分析，与项目利益相关方及客户进行深入沟通交流，明确项目的目标，范围，约束条件，确保对项目需求有全面，准确的理解，制定项目预算，并按预算执行，监管项目运行成本。
Develop project budgets, collaborate with sales managers, conduct risk and requirements analysis, and communicate extensively with stakeholders and clients to clarify project objectives, scope, and constraints. Ensure a thorough and accurate understanding of project needs, establish budgets, and monitor compliance to control costs.
- 编制项目计划（WBS、甘特图等），明确里程碑节点，协调资源并跟踪进度，及时解决项目执行过程中的问题。
Create project plans (WBS, Gantt charts, etc.), define milestones, coordinate resources, track progress, and resolve execution issues promptly.

2. 技术协调与方案落地
Technical Coordination & Solution Implementation
- 对接研发、生产、采购等部门，确保设计，采购，生产等按项目计划输出，以及熔炉设备设计、制造等按技术协议执行，监督技术方案可行性，及技术文件（BOM、图纸等）的准确性。
Liaise with R&D, production, procurement, and other departments to ensure design, procurement, and production align with project plans. Oversee compliance with technical agreements for furnace equipment design and manufacturing, verify feasibility of technical solutions, and ensure accuracy of documentation (BOM, drawings, etc.).
- 对接丹麦总部研发、采购等部门，确保项目丹麦提供范围按计划输出及交付，协调丹麦及时支持解决问题。
Coordinate with Denmark HQ’s R&D and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of Denmark-supplied components and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- 参与熔炉客户定制化设备技术方案及设计评审，主导外购设备及外协加工件技术澄清和定型，协调解决生产过程中的技术问题。
Participate in technical reviews of customized furnace equipment designs, lead technical clarification and finalization of outsourced components, and resolve production-related technical challenges.

3. 成本与质量控制
Cost & Quality Control
- 监控项目成本（材料、人工、外包等），优化资源配置，控制预算偏差并提出解决方案。
Monitor project costs (materials, labor, outsourcing, etc.), optimize resource allocation, and propose solutions for budget deviations.
- 落实过程质量管理和CTQ执行，监督生产环节的合规性，确保设备符合设计图纸和客户技术协议标准。
Implement process quality management and CTQ (Critical-to-Quality) execution, ensuring production compliance with design specifications and client technical agreements.

4. 供应链与外协管理
Supply Chain & Outsourcing Management
- 协调研发、采购部门筛选合适的供应商，并负责供应商的确定。
Collaborate with R&D and procurement to evaluate and select suppliers, finalizing vendor decisions.
- 协助采购部门加强供应商管理，监督外协加工、零部件采购等环节，确保供应链按时交付。
Support procurement in supplier management, oversee outsourced processing and component procurement, and ensure on-time supply chain delivery.
- 评估外协合作方资质，并监督合同执行，防范交付风险。
Assess outsourcing partner qualifications, monitor contract fulfillment, and mitigate delivery risks.

5. 客户与团队协作
Client & Team Collaboration
- 作为客户对接窗口，定期汇报项目进展，与项目团队成员，客户，供应商及管理层进行沟通，确保信息流动顺畅，协调解决项目内外的冲突和矛盾。
Serve as the primary client interface, providing regular project updates. Facilitate communication among team members, clients, suppliers, and management to ensure smooth information flow and resolve conflicts.
- 客户需求变更管理，对接销售经理，确保客户变更成本及时间符合项目目标。
Manage client change requests, working with sales managers to align adjustments with project goals in cost and timeline.
- 组建并领导项目团队，明确成员分工和职责，推动跨部门协作，提升团队效率。
Build and lead project teams, define roles and responsibilities, and drive cross-departmental collaboration to enhance efficiency.

6. 风险管控与文档管理
Risk Management & Documentation
- 识别项目风险（如延期、成本超支、技术缺陷），评估及预警风险，持续监控风险，制定并实施风险应对措施，并推动解决。
Identify project risks (e.g., delays, cost overruns, technical defects), assess and escalate threats, and implement mitigation measures.
- 对接客户项目文档交付，归档项目文档（合同、验收报告、技术资料等）。
Manage client-facing project documentation, including contracts, acceptance reports, and technical data, ensuring proper archiving.

7. 交付管理
Delivery Management
- 对接现场安装调试负责人，监督现场安装调试计划执行及安全交付，协调研发、质量、以及丹麦总部处理现场问题，及客户问题跟踪处理。
Coordinate with on-site installation and commissioning teams, oversee execution and safety compliance, and liaise with R&D, quality, and Denmark HQ to resolve field issues and client concerns.
- 主导负责项目交付，组织项目交付结果验收工作，确保所有交付物符合合同，技术协议等要求，及客户SAT验收。
Lead project delivery and acceptance, ensuring all deliverables meet contractual and technical requirements, including client SAT (Site Acceptance Testing).
- 组织项目总结与复盘，总结经验教训，分享执行过程中的经验和***实践，提高未来项目管理和自身能力。
Conduct post-project reviews, document lessons learned, and share best practices to improve future project execution and personal capabilities.

任职要求：
Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，机械、自动化、项目管理等相关专业。
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Project Management, or related fields.
- 6年以上设备制造行业项目管理经验，熟悉非标设备开发流程者，有工业熔炉或者压铸行业设备经验者优先。
6+ years of project management experience in equipment manufacturing; familiarity with non-standard equipment development preferred. Experience with industrial furnaces or die-casting equipment is a plus.
- 精通项目管理工具（MS Project、JIRA等），持有PMP认证。
Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.); PMP certification preferred.
- 具备较强的跨部门沟通能力及抗压能力，能适应短期出差。
Strong cross-functional communication and stress resilience; willingness for short-term travel.
- 善于沟通及表达，英语熟练且无障碍沟通。
Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English.
- 善于分析解决问题，能够灵活处理问题，必须有担当，并以结果为导向。
Analytical problem-solving ability, adaptability, accountability, and results-driven mindset.
- 具备利益相关方管理能力，包括与global及客户的问题沟通及协调管理。
