1、机器日常应急维修和定期预防性维护，排除设备故障以及设备安装调试 Machine daily and periodic preventive maintenance, troubleshooting machines’ failures,installation, commissioning 2、维修备件的申请和技术支持。 Request of spare parts and technical support. 3、制定和更新设备安全操作规程，巡检指导书和维护计划等。 Draw up and update equipments safety operation regulation, routing inspection instruction, mainte-nance plan etc. 4、设备故障分析, 编写内部培训文档。 Equipment failure analysis, writing training document. 5、制订所需要的培训计划 Make all the necessary training plan 6、持续改进计划及执行 Continuous improvement plan and implementation 7、完成上级交给的其他任务 Finishing the tasks assigned by leaders
知识以及技能要求 Knowledge & Skill Requirements
1、学历：本科以上，机械相关专业学历。 Education: Bachelor above. Major in mehanical or related 2、掌握机械、液压、气动方面的知识。 Good knowledge in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic functions. 3、技能：掌握理解技术图纸，熟练掌握Autocad使用，会Autodesk Inventor ***。 Skills: Reading and understanding of technical drawings, skilling in Autocad, better in Autodesk In-ventor. 4、能够支持设备紧急故障处理，愿意24小时待命工作类型，合理距离公司所在地或愿意移居本地。 Able to support equipment emergency trouble-shootings, willing for 24h standby work type, reasonable distance from home to company location or would like to localization. 5、有较强的动手能力 Has strong hands-on ability. 6、良好的工作态度，责任心强，有团队合作精神；愿意接受挑战。 Good working attitude, strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, willing to take chal-lenge. 7、愿意在压力下工作。 Willing to work under pressure. 8、英文熟练，要求已过四六级，口语较好者优先。 Proficient in English, with a requirement of passing CET-4 or CET-6. Candidates with good oral skills are preferred.
