Main Responsibilities：
1. Identify and manage a world-class supply base to support business objectives and company's product roadmaps;

2. Develop and maintain long term supplier relationships that provide competitive advantages such as lowest cost, excellent quality and superior customer service. Participate in supply china strategies and engage with suppliers to support supply chain requirements;
发展和维护长期的供应商关系，提供竞争优势，如最低的成本、卓越的质量及优质的客户服务。参与中国供应战略，与供应商合作以支持供应链需求；
3. Negotiate best terms and conditions to meet profitability objectives, Drive total cost ownership and continuous cost reduction with suppliers;
与供应商协商***条款及条件以达成盈利目标，推动总承包控制和持续的降低成本；
4. Formulate, maintain and distribute product cost profile at component level for purchased products;
为采购的产品指定、维护和分发零部件层面的产品成本档案；
5. Monitor and evaluate industry supply trends. Stay on top of trend data of raw material supply and pricing. Analyze, predict and prevent adverse capacity constraints or material price increases;
监测和评估行业供应趋势。掌握原材料供应和价格的趋势数据。分析、预测和防止不利的产能限制或材料价格上涨；
6. Survey and certify new suppliers in conjunction with Supplier Quality, R&D/Engineering team. Audit supplier conformance to quality, capacity and cost commitments;
与供应商质量、研发/工程团队一起调查和认证新供应商。审核供应商的质量、产能和成本承诺；
7. Participate as an active member of cross-functional team to support on-time launch of China & LCC projects.
作为跨职能团队的积极成员，支持中国和LCC项目的按时启动。
Requirement：
1. Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering/Sciences or other applicable fields
本科及以上学历，理工科专业优先，
2. 5+ years’ experience in Automotive Purchasing /Engineering area
5年以上在汽车零部件行业采购或工程领域经验
3. Supplier and project management (purchased parts) experiences
供应商及项目（采购部件）管理经验
4. Purchasing professional qualifications are plus, e.g. CIPS, CPSM
取得采购专业技能证书如CIPS，CPSM的更佳
5. Solid product and market knowledge of Resin, injection molded plastic parts, mechanical parts, electrical components
在树脂，注塑或机构件或电子件方面有独立的产品及市场知识
6. Strong negotiation and communication skills and sourcing ability.
较好的谈判及沟通技巧和sourcing能力。
7. Good English ability, both written and oral
