Job Summary: Management of customer projects from customer nomination to successful SOP. Lead project team to meet company defined QCT targets and customer satisfaction targets while complying with industry standards
Responsibilities: Project specific guidance for project core team members Achievement of the project purpose and objectives of the project (on time, on spec, on budget, on cost, on profit) Escalation to the project review committee and the higher management (e.g. CPC) Define and evaluate the project goals of the project team members (PTM) including project agreement Definition of the project team structure Integration of the line manager in the relevant matters/decisions Compliance with the defined functional methods and processes in the project Triggering and tracking the opening of a development order and investment requirement of the project Summary/Forecast of the capacity requirements per project Conduction of regular meetings with all project team members Optimize BOM costs and evaluate cost-reduction initiatives (e.g., material substitution, process improvements)
Requirements: Educational Background (Language): Bachelor degree and above Master English skills in reading, writing and speaking Job Relevant Knowledge: PMI certificate Rich experience in communication with internal and external counter parties Work Experience: Automobile Tier-1 supplier industry job experience in project management and product development 5+ years of project management experience in HPC Diverse customer scope with international and regional base
