岗位职责:

Reporting to the CAD/CAE Manager, the CAD Design Engineer will design/develop our projects parts and assemblies, following the Ficosa Development System, being part of the product engineering team.

The Key Responsibilities for this position are:

1. 3D/2D design, following Ficosa Development System procedure.

2. To ensure the technical feasibility of the established solutions.

3. To cooperate with the tooling technicians and the product and process engineers to improve/ensure the industrialization process.

4. Solving product development issues 

5. Technical support to production team during pre-launch, launch and after SOP, if required.

Successful candidates will have:

1. College degree or above in mechanical design, engineering design and/or relevant subjects.

2. More than 3 years working experience in CAD design within automotive components area (plastic injection parts for interior/exterior trim preferred).

3. Strong CAD ability in CATIA V5 or NX (daily working).

4. GD&T and product tolerance calculation knowledge .

5. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.

6. Good organizational skills

7. Must have the ability to successfully complete multiple tasks to meet the established deadlines, in a team work environment.

8. Availability to travel (within China and abroad)
