Responsibilities
§ Development of production technology roadmaps
§ Creating the production work instruction and training operator
§ DFM and technical supports in pilot run stage.
§ Time management (for routing)
§ SAP data processing (maintaining BOM and creating & maintaining routing)
§ Productivity measures (workflows and products)
§ Responsible for production change management
§ Trouble shooting for process issues
§ Clarifying technical queries of customers
§ Cooperating in productivity testing
§ Ensuring completeness of customer documents (parts lists, drawings, specifications, software, etc.) and upload to ECM system
§ Feasibility study for new product
§ Maintenance of reference data (parts lists, work plans, times, aid numbers) in SAP
§ Maintenance of EDMS
§ Determining planned times (REFA, MTM)
§ Defining production accessory
§ Clarifying product-related queries of production staff
§ Change management and cost clarification
§ Participating in process approval (sample debriefing)

§ Other assignments by supervisor
Qualification:
§ At least 3 years experience in mechanical industry, manufacturing or other related branch.
§ Bachelor Degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or related technical area;
§ Fluent English on oral and write, CET-4
§ Familiar with project management
§ Familiar with box building/machine assembly
§ Independent working, pressure taking, team player.
§ Excellent communication and problem solving skill
§ Working accuracy
§ ERP/SAP system knowledge

§ Good skills for Auto CAD/ solidworks/Pro-E, Microsoft Office
