Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Understand Order clarification documents and keep communication with German Product Specialist on unclear points.

·         According to clarification documents, elaborate order BOM in SAP, and change BOM on request from either customer or internal.

·         Create new mechanical designs on customer’s special requests on module level.

·         Complain processing: Analyze root cause, come out solution, plan and execute preventive measure.

·         Technical support for internal departments, customers and suppliers, both on drawing and technical datasheet.

·         Work with SAP, Solid-edge, Medusa and other tools.

Other task related to Mechanical engineering.

Qualifications:

·         At least College degree in mechanical design or electromechanical engineering.

·         Basic knowledge in Pneumatic.

·         Basic knowledge in electrical Engineering

·         Experience in 3D software.

·         Command of MS Office applications

·         Good at writing English, Speaking is plus.

Experience in logistics machine is preferable
