ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.负责加工的程序编制；

Be responsible to make machining program.

2.负责提供合理的NC程序用于加工生产;

Be responsible provide reasonable NC program fit for production.

3.负责程序管理工作;

Be responsible for the program management.

4.协助现场操作者解决程序使用过程中出现的问题，并相应地提出解决方案；

Assist the operators to solve the problem of program during operation, and propose the relevant solution.

5.协助优化检查夹具和刀具，工艺的准备工作等；

Assist to optimize and check clampings and tools, preparation of process technic…ect.

6.协助部门持续优化工作;

Assist for department on continuous optimization work.

7.协助ECM管理工作;

Assist ECM management work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.机械/机电/数控类或相关专业专科以上学历；

Mechnics / Mechnical&Electrical / CNC or other related major, College degree or above.

2.6年以上机械加工经验，具有机械加工工艺、扎实的金属切削刀具理论知识；

Above 6years experience on machining, with ability on mechanical technique and solid theoretical knowledge of metal cutting tools.

3.熟悉各种刀具的应用，熟悉数控机床的刀具配置和选型。

Familiar with the application for kinds of tools and familiar with tools configuration and type selection of CNC machine.

4.熟练使用UG加工模块、AUTO CAD及Office办公软件；

Mastery of UG drafting, CAD and Office software.

5.了解Heidenhain、SIEMENS、MAZAK、FANUC操作系统，并可以手工或模块编程;

Understand Heidenhain、SIEMENS、MAZAK、FANUC operation system and make manual or module program.

6.了解SAP及TDM系统;

understand SAP and TDM system.
