Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
Be responsible for generator and lighting tower sales and achieve sales target in north China by both direct sales and indirect network.
Promote Energy Storage System and hybrid equipment in rental and chosen segments.
Engage directly with key potential customers and achieve profitable sales revenue.
Develop and increase new robust channels in the territory.
Provide timely and accurate sales and market information to business line manager and marketing team.
Organize technical and applications trainings to key account customers and dealers.
Co-ordination with product, aftermarket, logistic and credit team.

负责发电机组、照明灯车的销售，并通过个人直销及经销商网络达到华北区域销售目标。
在租赁和选定的细分市场推广锂电池储能系统和混动设备。
与主要潜在客户直接联系，实现盈利销售收入。
在区域内开发和增加新的可靠渠道。
向业务线经理提供及时准确的销售和市场信息。
为大客户和经销商组织技术和应用培训。
与产品、售后市场、物流和信控团队协作。

Qualifications:
College degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent.
More than 2-3 years’ experience in generator, construction and mining equipment sales function with proven record.
Strong interpersonal and communication skill, good teamwork spirit, self-motive, goal-oriented and energetic.
Good computer skills including Microsoft skills.
Willing to travel.
