Your role and responsibilities As Hoist & Mining mechanical sales specialist, you will be responsible for presenting and selling mechanical product to mining clients, including hoist, hydraulic pressure system, material flow control to mining industry. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will prepare presentations, proposals, quotation and sales contracts with operation team. Accountabilities & Responsibilities: 1) Presenting and selling mechanical and electrical products to clients, including product, solution system, service etc. 2) Establishing & maintaining effective customer relationships on all levels to understand customer needs, promoting customer understanding of ABB product, and aligning to provide a solution. ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. 3) Achieving sales target in term of value and margin. 4) Preparing presentations, proposals, quotation and sales contracts with operation team. Following-up for collection of payment. 5) Providing overall rolling forecast monthly and sales plan weekly. Performing other relative duties as assigned. 6) Enhancing of regional customer coverage rate and the degree of satisfaction. 7) Identifying opportunities with existing and potential EPC’s and Overseas Customer within defined account customers and make plans for sales actions.
Qualifications for the role Knowledge, Skills and Experience: 1) 3-5 years of work experience in technical sales, sales experience in mining industry. 2) Strong sales competency with digital capability & knowledge. 3) Knowledge in computer skills, including Office, PPT etc. 4) Bachelor’s degree with major in mechanical or electrical engineering. 5) Must have good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills. 6) Result driven, strong interpersonal and communication skills, be good at team work. 7) Fluency in Mandarin and English, both oral and writing. 8) Able to frequently travel for customer visit and presentation. 9) Previous experience with EPC/Overseas companies preferred in the mining field.
