Responsibility
- Daily works like check delivery receipts, document management.
- Monitor inventory in partner’s warehouse, to keep it at a reasonable level, according to HQ requirements.
- Manage the slow moving and obsolete materials in partner’s warehouse, update related report.
- Master data, KPI reports, summary tables.
- Daily works including tracking PO release, component delivery, update MRP table weekly.
- To make all the necessary reports requested by the process defined or the responsible (status reports, deliveries reports, shortages reports...)
- Handle special case like push ahead delivery delay, production plan adjustment, notice material risk or related tasks.
- manage forecast and supply for key parts.
- Other tasks related to material management if need.

Qualification
-College degree.
-Inventory management or supply chain experience preferred, to be familiar with warehouse management, material supply and stocks tools, work in similar manufacturing industry company.

-Fluent English written and oral, like CET-6.
-Active and resolute; social skills.
-At least 2 years managing material and inventory.
