1. Responsible for the development of new products related to polyurethane, silicone, hybrid, etc.
负责聚氨酯、有机硅、改性硅烷等相关新产品的开发。

2. Responsible for scale up & trial production of new products at plant.
负责新产品的中试放大以及在生产线上试生产。
3. Responsible for qualification of new raw material suppliers for the production line.
为生产线认证新的原材料供应商。
4. Work together with R&D team at HQ or other regions to develop new products or qualify new materials.
与总部或其他地区研发团队合作，开发新产品或认证新原材料。
5. Do the benchmark testing of competitors’ products
对竞争对手的产品进行对标基准测试。
6. Manage & handle lab samples, chemicals, equipment and consumables.
管理实验室样品、化学品、设备和消耗品。
7. Record and file experimental data timely
对于实验数据做好及时记录和归档
8. Meet the requirements of lab EHSS standards and maintain lab 5S status.
满足实验室EHSS标准的要求，保持实验室5S状态
9. Finish the task assigned by R&D manager timely.
按时完成研发经理安排的其他工作

2. Ensure the supply of raw materials for the production line

H. Requirements
(岗位资格要求)
- Expertise:
- （教育背景、专业技术和技能）:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher. Major in chemistry or materials, polymer related is preferred.
专科或以上学历。化学或材料专业，聚合物相关专业优先。
2. Strong practical lab skills and strong reporting skill.
有较强的动手实验能力和较强的汇报能力。
